Through the Valley of the Shadow of Death
Andy Deane grew up at Calvary Chapel Old Bridge in New Jersey and attended New York University. He lived blocks from the World Trade Center and worked in its shadow in the fall of 2001. Preparing a Harvest in Rural Utah
Monroe, UT, hosts a morning parade each summer to celebrate Pioneer Day, a state holiday often called by Utahns “even more important than the Fourth of July.” Pastor Allen Widdows and his wife, Aleacia, moved from California to the small Utah town in 2018, and planted Little Green Valley Calvary Chapel there in 2020. Since then, providing lemonade and hot dogs at the parade has opened an unusual door for them to witness to Mormons there.
