Patti Height shares her testimony of how Jesus saved her and led her out of a homosexual life. As part of her ministy, Out of Egypt, Patti shares in churches all over the U.S. She is open about the difficulties she experienced as a child with gender confusion and sexual abuse and as a teen with drugs and alcohol. As childhood memories of sexual trauma resurfaced, healing came through Christian counseling, prayer, and the Word.

Monroe, UT, hosts a parade each summer to celebrate Pioneer Day, a state holiday often called by Utahns “even more important than the Fourth of July.” Pastor Allen Widdows and his wife, Aleacia, moved from California to the small Utah town in 2018, and planted Little Green Valley Calvary Chapel there in 2020. Since then, providing lemonade and hot dogs at the parade has opened an unusual door for them to witness to Mormons there.
