Video: “Love God, Love People”

Video by Hope Central Watts Calvary Chapel

José Hernandez, lead pastor of Hope Central Watts Calvary Chapel, shares his vision for more than 10 years of ministry to the troubled community in which he was raised. Although Watts, a neighborhood in Los Angeles, CA, has been more known for poverty, crime, and racial tensions for decades, José leads his church in reaching out to minister the love of Jesus, which is changing lives. The theme of their work, “Love God, Love People”, spurs them on to sacrificially serve the community, especially the youth.
