Pray for the Revive America Outreach in Northern Kentucky

This is Part 3 of a series on the Revive America outreach, bringing the Gospel to Northern Kentucky this week. The team, led by Roger Stahlhut of Calvary Chapel Downey, CA, was sent out by his Senior Pastor Jeff Johnson. To read Parts 1 & 2, click here.
The Revive America team from Calvary Chapel Downey, CA, has been sharing the love of Jesus with hundreds of people in Northern Kentucky this week. Each person they’ve talked with has a unique life story, and the Holy Spirit has been giving the team members words to say that will uniquely minister to each.
Mark Chavez hands out a door hanger to a young family. The Revive America team hands out these bags to every person that they talk to. Each bag contains an invitation card for gatherings at the local Calvary Chapel, as well as Christian material that includes Gospel tracts and The Jesus Film on DVD.
Here is a small sample from the many individuals that the team has interacted with. Please pray for each person as the Lord leads you. Pray also that the Holy Spirit will continue to guide the 70-plus team members as they proclaim God’s truth, grace, and love to these communities.
• Kyle, a Catholic who was told about the grace of God and the free gift of eternal life
• Ross, a young man who recently prayed to accept the Lord
• Razia, a Muslim woman who got to hear the Gospel from two team members
• Elizabeth, a young mother from Guatemala who is Catholic but doesn’t have a relationship with Jesus
• Armante, a young man who prayed to accept Jesus into his heart and be born again
• Joseph, a man who prayed to enter into a relationship with Jesus
• Trae, a man who prayed to receive the Lord and is considering being baptized at a Calvary Chapel Northern Kentucky event on Saturday
• Joseph, a young man who is a believer and was encouraged to go deeper in his faith
• Cheryl, a young mother who is seeking out Christian fellowship
• Justin, a believer who didn’t know what it meant to be born again and is now actively living out his faith
• Danny, a Catholic who believes in reincarnation and was told about how he can be sure of an eternal salvation in heaven with Jesus
How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who proclaims peace, who brings glad tidings of good things, who proclaims salvation, who says to Zion, “Your God reigns!” Isaiah 52:7

Pastor Roger shares the Word of God with Armante. As Armante was walking to Taco Bell for the start of his work shift, Roger asked if he had some time to talk. Armante ended up praying with Roger to become born again and receive Jesus as his Lord and Savior.
