Prayer Update: Colombia Earthquakes

Please continue to pray fervently for the people of Colombia as powerful aftershocks continue following the devastating earthquake.
Recent reports as of August 20th indicate that:
319 people have died
4,506 have been injured
260 remain missing
More than 31,000 homes have been destroyed
Nearly 163,000 homes have been damaged
302 buildings have collapsed
348 health facilities and 3,483 schools have sustained damage
Also, it is reported that there have been multiple earthquakes in the past week ranging from 4.4 to 4.9 magnitude.
Please pray for the families who have lost loved ones, for those who have been injured or displaced, and for the many people who are still waiting for news about family and friends.
Through all of the trials we are reminded of who God is and thankful for the hope we have in Him, “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” Psalm 46:1
