Please pray for the families and churches in the Spokane County, Washington, area where many neighborhoods have been devastated since Saturday afternoon when numerous wildfires quickly spread by forceful winds. According to CNN, more than 700 structures have been destroyed and more than 8,000 acres have been consumed by fire with 0% containment. The battle is ongoing with firefighters from many states joining the battle. Praise the Lord that no serious injuries have been reported. Pray for strength, safety, and swift containment.

The Pacific Northwest is facing its worst fire season in more than 30 years. Fifteen major fires have burned more than 250,000 acres across the state of Washington.
