Position Description: The Photojournalist Intern will assist Calvary Chapel Magazine in taking photographs for our website, social media, videos, and printed magazine.

Name of Ministry: Calvary Chapel Magazine

Ministry Description: Calvary Chapel Magazine is a publishing ministry in cooperation with the Calvary Chapel Association. Through photographs, articles, video, and social media, our goal is to share the Good News of Jesus Christ. We document what God is doing through the Calvary Chapel Family of churches and ministries around the world.

Qualifications: All applicants must be born again Christians with a strong walk with the Lord. Graduation from a Calvary Chapel Bible college or school of ministry is preferred. Candidate should be familiar with the Calvary Chapel Distinctives.

Required Experience: A qualified candidate will have a strong photography portfolio and their own professional camera gear. Some familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Lightroom, is preferred. A working understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram is helpful. Videography experience a big plus.

Pay/benefits provided: This position will begin as an unpaid internship. We will provide lodging with a church family and an allowance for food/gas. After 6 months, we will evaluate your progress in consideration for a paid staff position.
