Calvary Corvallis Mission Trip in Mexico

Calvary Corvallis Team Serves in Baja California

Photos and video by Josh Larson

A team of 40 from Calvary Corvallis, OR, spent a week in Mexico in March, joyfully serving missionaries and local communities in Baja California. They cleared brush, hauled rock, did construction work, and ministered to children—sharing the Gospel with actions and words. Missionary Andy Alvarez, pastor of Calvary Chapel-affiliate Mixteco Christian Fellowship, proclaimed, “The Lord can use us where we’re at … but there’s something about stepping out of our comfort zone … saying, ‘OK, Lord, here I am, use me.’”

Please enjoy the following video sharing highlights from the trip. Look for the full story in Issue 90 of Calvary Chapel Magazine.
